There is an internal trail system that allows you to navigate the property from all angles and also creates boundaries between this property and the county land surrounding it on 3 sides. The county land that adjoins this property is vast and thick, there are 1000's of additional acres to roam, hunt, trail ride on with atv or snowmobile, or to hike. The pressure the county land gets is minimal as it is hard to access . There is also a stream flowing through the adjacent county acres to the west that has exceptional waterfowl hunting from the beaver dams that have created large blockages. There are three very well established mineral licks on the property and the deer have been hammering them. The whitetail population around this area is doing well and the pressure has been very minimal as the current owners haven't hunted the property in years. When they did hunt the property a few years back they did very well and were able to accommodate over 15 hunters without stepping on toes. The property would also set up nicely for either running cattle or fencing in your horses. There is a partial fenced in area already established and it wouldn't take much to finish it off.
